Role: Executive Assistant

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will report to and provide support to the CEO.  This position will be responsible for administrative duties and completing a broad array of tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments and speaking engagements, composing and preparing correspondence, creating PowerPoint presentations and keeping the CEO organized.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external parties wanting access to the CEO
  • Manage communication and ensure appropriate follow-up on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations for the CEO
  • Complete Board Materials and act as a liaison between the CEO and Trillium Board of Directors
  • Other high-level administrative, client and firm projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have excellent organization skills and be able to perform multiple tasks concurrently with superior attention to detail
  • The ability to recognize sensitive material and maintain the utmost discretion and diplomacy with a high degree of confidentiality is a must
  • Must be technology oriented and an expert in all Microsoft applications. Proficient in Outlook and PowerPoint are critical
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients, members of the firm and outside contacts
  • It is critical to be a self-starter who possesses the ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance and to function effectively without supervision. Capable of taking initiative as needed, ability to multi-task, react, and think quickly.
  • Ability to apply independent judgment. Must demonstrate creative thinking, problem-solving skills and work well in stressful situations.  Should be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and complete important tasks with minimal oversight
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small-growing company environment

Role:  Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategy, project management and/or creation of the firm’s marketing plan. They will work closely with each of our different business lines to ensure that we have materials tailored to each of the respective audiences. They will also work with senior management on PR and firm wide branding.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take Responsibility for all of the firms marketing materials, collateral and website
  • Maintain the firm’s websites
  • Maintain a calendar for when collateral materials need to be updated and/or refreshed
  • Update and ensure quarterly materials are compliance approved
  • Manage the creation of White Papers and Industry thought pieces
  • Manage “Investing for a Better World” the firms newsletter
  • Create social media campaigns
  • Manage and ensure compliance with the firms Trademarks
  • Work with Trillium team member to ensure Third Party Databases and RFP language have the most up to date messaging
  • Cultivate speaking and media opportunities for the firm
  • Prepare Marketing Materials and RFP responses
  • Other high-level administrative, client, and firm projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing/advertising/PR type role, financial services a plus
  • Prefer fluency in ESG/impact investing or corporate responsibility
  • Must have excellent organization skills and be able to perform multiple tasks concurrently with superior attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint and WordPress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with members of the firm and outside contacts.
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small growing company environment.

Role: Portfolio Associate

Job Summary

The Portfolio Associate will provide support to the Investment Management Team in the Boston office. This position requires someone who can work both independently and as a team player, handle various responsibilities, is a technology leader, is very organized, and has superior attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspect of client service
  • Coordinate the opening and on-going maintenance of client accounts, while taking ownership of client tasks through completion
  • Ensure client requests are completed promptly and accurately. Follow up effectively with Investment Managers on any account needs or issues.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork and materials for client meetings
  • Prepare client trades for Investment Manager review
  • Prepare Marketing Materials and RFP responses Other high-level administrative, client, and firm projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a financial services client service type role
  • Must have excellent organization skills and be able to perform multiple tasks concurrently with superior attention to detail
  • Must be technology oriented and an expert in all Microsoft applications. Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes to execute activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with clients, members of the firm and outside contacts.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with client service team members and colleagues across the organization. Take initiative to develop team members.
  • Strong math, analytical, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small growing company environment.
