Susan joined Trillium Asset Management in 1986, after working for Harvard Management and Price Waterhouse.  In 2000, she left to become a  director of religious education and spend more time with her family.  Susan rejoined the firm in 2006 and is an ESG analyst.  Susan earned her B.A. from Middlebury College and an Ed.M. from Harvard University.
